Location Analysis


We review and approve your site selection determined by a successful criteria formulation. We can assist in all site negotiation be it a lease location or purchase agreement.


Review of demographics and trade area. Development of site architectural plans.


Prices/comparison continual review of all project costs. Sign specifications and costs associated with equipment specifications with vendors.


During this time you and/or your management team will be training.


Two weeks prior to opening, our opening staff will assist you in all final preparations for your opening. We will provide training all employees, final set-up of restaurant; every aspect of operations is covered through opening. Staff will remain an additional week to follow progress of unit and evaluate overall operations.


Continued support is always only a phone call away.


A few weeks after opening a marketing consultant will assist you in your Grand Opening preparations. Our marketing department is available to assist with advertising proposals and media placement, radio spots, direct mail pieces and placement.


You will receive a copy of our Operations Manual, and Training Manual.
